Lead e-Commence Brand Expression Designer • 2021 - 2024
As Design Lead for the Brand Expression Studio, I led P&G’s Digital & e‑Commerce and packaging initiatives, driving creative strategy, design management, and award‑winning brand expression. I supervised digital and graphic designers, directed creative execution, managed timelines, and presented work to P&G executive leadership.
Highlights:
Generated $2.4B+ in P&G NA Fabric Care e-commerce sales, including $1B+ in FY2023 and FY2024.
Led design for Amazon Prime Day, Target, and Instacart campaigns.
Built in-store and online visual campaigns.
Won Best Design for e-Commerce Clean Pack (2021–2022).
Featured in P&G Corporate Design for Tide for Baby (2021–2022).
Led NA Fabric Care’s design intern co-op pilot.
Co-led Central State’s design intern pilot (2021–2024).

Senior Brand Expression Designer • 2018-2021
As a senior creative and design manager at P&G’s NA Fabric Care Brand Expression Design Studio, I led brand-building, design and innovation for Tide, Gain, Downy, Bounce and other new brands. I oversaw the daily design for existing brands and advise P&G partner vendors on brand assets.

Creative Director/Principal Designer • 2011 - 2018
In 2011, I ran a strategic and conceptual design consultancy serving clients across diverse industries, delivering strategy, concept development, and research for brands such as Procter & Gamble, GE Aviation, Perfetti Van Melle, Unilever, 3M, and Nestlé. I also produced innovation concepts, packaging systems, campaign work, and strategic visualizations for partners including The Garage Group, Marsh Brand Partners, Deskey, and Sentient Partners as well as many others.

Senior Graphic Designer • 2003 - 2011
Over eight years at LPK, I played a key creative role across several Procter & Gamble business units, designing and directing branding, packaging, and conceptual assets for major global brands. My work spanned Herbal Essences, Mr. Clean, Swiffer, and Pampers, including leading creative for an award‑winning Swiffer brand refresh and expanding LPK’s licensed character capabilities. I ultimately became a core contributor to LPK’s Design Innovation team, supporting strategic concept development for clients such as Olay, Camay, and Smucker’s.

I produced concept boards, illustrations, and testing materials for product launches and licensing initiatives, supporting major clients including McDonald’s, Unilever, PepsiCo, Kraft, Diageo, Millward Brown, Zimmer Medical, Bosch as well as many others.
